As a sales professional I was intrigued to read this book. The main concept of this book changed the way I think of all relationships in my life, professional and personal. I read it in an afternoon and started applying the principles the following day, it’s already paying dividends in my profession. I appreciated how the author kept it short and didn’t belabor the main point of the book over and over, like many other books do. Definitely worth the read.
